I haven't had one build (yet)...

High-end mobiles don't really need a specific mobile site as they display standard sites well enough anyway.

IMHO mobile sites are just a work-around for low-resolution mobile phone screens - and they are a dying breed.

My new website is "dynamic" - it rearranges itself to fit whatever screen size it is showing on.

I think most web designers are doing this now.

There's an arguement that modern smartphones take care of this and its not needed. On the whole though I think its worth doing because you can have the whole thing very clean and a phone number button and they are dialling (hopefully) within seconds. Also its something I think google gives you some brownie points for. Don't pay silly money though to have it done.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

A true MOBILE site doesnt download all your data, so makes it quicker( vids ETC) all my site are mobile and look nothing like the web sites!

20% of Views to my sites are on mobile phones.

Mine is mobile optimised and shows a different version to the standard desktop version when viewed on a smartphone, Or are we talking a different ball game?

Wynne, FYI the html code for adding auto-dial (to mobile or normal website) is:

If you want to check out how your site looks on various mobile devices use this.
