commercial contracts.

I have been cleaning carpets now for 10 years and am now the quietest iv ever been and as a result want to try to get more commercial work in as 90% of my work is domestic. has anyone any tips about good company's to aim at and the job title of the people to speak to. many thanks for any reply's.
