I do have a serious question about encap(domestic) . I don't want to start a hwe debate . why is it not so popular here as it is across the pond. are there many of you out there who encap domestic properties all the time

It is catching on over here in the domestic arena.
LM cleaning has been used on domestics for a good number of years in UK. Dry Fusion and Texatherm being the two most known systems.
Carpets in America are mainly synthetic and cleaned on a more regular basis.

Hydrox on wool, light colours or carpets with heavy spills or punch if using bonnets which works on greasier soils and protects at same time. I think Tracey was loading up a mixed starter box to our site the other day so folks can try different types.
