So untill now ive been surviving on my pure freedom 200gpd RO / DI Unit

Getting to the point where i need to produce more and alot quicker too

I know i can get a booster pump but really i'm just looking at upgrading the unit in general

looking at something to comfortably to fill my static IBC which lasts me a few days .... but also nothing stupidly priced ...

You're halfway there!  Buy another membrane housing and membrane to upgrade to 300gpd (together with a length of 1/4" pipe and some 'T's and elbows) and a booster pump.

Unless you want a 40-40 at 'stupid' price

have a look at the 300gpd or 400gpd RO's from the big places.
they are probably better priced than a seperate pump and mebrane upgrade parts.

upgrade it to a 450gpd and add a booster pump, it will prob triple your water production

VYAIR do one almost identicle to that.

If i were you i would buy another ro housing, then buy 3 new 150gpd membranes ( got mine from Daqua ) also add a booster pump ( got mine from wcw ).
This will give you a set up that makes good quality water ( may not need di ) and produce it at a reasonable rate.
This is the set up i have, it takes my tap water of 414 ppm down to 003.
I still run it through a 11ltr di vessel, but i havent changed the resin for over a year .
