I had the opposite type of customer today, his Dad died suddenly before Christmas so he had to cancel short notice, he said he still felt guilty about canceling, even though he obviously had a very valid reason for doing so. So he booked me in to clean his 3 piece as the original carpets had been replaced.
So there you go, both sides of the customer coin.
