if it revolves about 3 times per second it should be slow speed

Top one is a ranger 38, bottom one is a victor, i would guess they are both standard speeds. They do look a bit hammered.

If they are working ok and not buckled then they will be ok. I would not take them on any job looking like that. Give no more than 25 quid each for them. Then clean em up, rub em down and repaint them.

Excellent, thanks Paul. Was going to make them a little project if they were the right price and there is a box of pads, brushes and plates with them too so could be a good buy .
I still have my Orbis 200 but find it a bit top heavy at times, so was looking for something else .
