Hi Guys what is the best degreaser solution for a commercial kitchen, is there anything i can buy around the Truro area

They have a good range at reasonable prices, free delivery on orders over £50. Not connected in any way apart from being a satisfied customer.

dave are you cleaning the canopies aswell, if it is commercial they may request a certificate for their insurance to cover fire safety so look up the guidance for TR 19 regs
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

Viro-Sol is a fantastic product but you are not allowed to use it in a commercial kitchen as the strong citrus fragrance will taint the food
