Thinking of 500l but im tempted with the 650? payload is 815kg dont really haul ladders around anymore and will be working solo bar maybe one day a month with a slim jim. any advice/ experiences?

Hi mate I've got a expert 1.6 ,650ltr tank 3 men in it not a problem.

Fully loaded sits low in the rear arches but was fine

I have 2007 Dispatch the payload is 1000kg.
So 650ltr tank is no problem.

well if that the the expert with a 815kg payload then its unsafe to drive like that,due to being over weight

The pre 2007's were 815/900

I know a few who have put in 650's.

Just don't brim it, especially two up.

I have a 650 in mine but only fill it to 5-550.

Yes Bobby a bargain came up so I went for it. I have a 56 plate dispatch with 80k on it.

you likely must know him, he Had a dirtywhite berlingo up till a couple of yrs ago  ,signwritten, and had a worker till the dole busted him .  last yr i had a chat wiv him not far off Wherstead rd and he seemed like summat was on his mind, id guess he was 40ish, bit of a gut

Sorry I thought you may have been referring to the pic  YOU HAVE ME WONDERING NOW? But i think it is 815. GOLD mentioned that after 2007 the payload increased to 1000kg and an even bigger payload model 1200? possibly. but no mine is 815kg

Yours is 815 kgs. (The Hdi is a 900kg payload.) PSA upgraded the payload with the model change which effectively reduced the sales of the Relay, Ducato and Boxers. The vans before 2007 were a niche market van, but the introduction of the Trafic changed that so PSA had to react. Even although your model Dispatch was availble in France in LWB and a higher payload, it was never brought to the UK.
