Description of the contract:
Window-cleaning services. Applications are invited from suitably experienced
service providers wishing to tender for the provision of Window Cleaning
Services to Leicester City Council.
The contract currently covers a total of 183 properties which includes a variety
of establishments; from office blocks, listed buildings, visitor?s centres,
leisure centres, shop units, housing hostels, houses and residential homes.
Frequency and details of cleaning is contained in the individual specification
provided for each building.
The contract will be an annual contract renewable yearly for a maximum of four
years.
The intended commencement date is 1st April 2013.
