This any of you guys??? Eastbourne area..
« on: February 05, 2013, 01:30:48 pm »
This any of you guys on here?? Or does anyone no who this is...

Posted on 31/01/13
Region: South East England
Location: Eastbourne
Type: Domestic and commercial
Monthly Avg Value : £2,000
Established For: 4.5 Years
Comments: The round's monthly income is from roughly 50% domestic and 50% commercial work, with 90% of the round being completed using water fed poles. Most of the round can be completed with just one person, but one contract job (£345 monthly) would ideally need two people, as it takes us both 5-6hrs. There are also three nursing homes (£150, £140, £90 monthly) which can be done on your own but it's better and probably safer with two. Although most of the work is in Eastbourne, one of the nursing homes is in Maidstone, the other St. Leonards. There is also a small round in Bexhill/Hastings and one in Newhaven. The whole round can be completed with two people in about 8 days. Some of the domestic rounds are compact, with others needing a little ride in the van between jobs. There is also loads of room for expansion. Prices haven't gone up for two years and some customers are expecting them to. Some great customers who we've had for nearly five years. Work is in Hampden Park, Langney, Polegate, Roselands, Seaside, Town, Old Town, Willingdon, Hailsham, Bexhill, Hastings, Seaford, Newhaven. Stamped and addressed envelopes are left for those who aren't in and pay by cheque. Others pay by cash and bacs. You will need to prove public liability insurance for at least one commercial job. Rounds are still being serviced but you can start immediately, once purchased. All customers will be informed of the switch over. Van (£5,000) and system (£2,000) also for sale if interested. 57 plate SWB Transit with roof bars. Two man 750ltr system, tank is in stainless steel frame with brackets to bolt to van floor or straps if wanted. 2x Gardiner poles, 2x100m reels microbore, 2x pumps, controllers, DI vessels, second battery with split charge relay etc. System comes with static setup, 1000ltr tank, 40 inch RO unit, heavy duty booster pump, transfer pump and hose, basically everything you need. All other equipment and ladders included. Genuine enquiries please.
Asking Price : ££ 5,000

No one on here would be stupid enough to let that round go for that price (if it's as described).

It's a game of three halves!

4 commercial jobs basically make up 50% of the total round and it looks as if 3 of those 4 are for the same company and could be lost as a job lot.

It doesn't look great work, 13 different areas with £1300 worth of work after you take off the contract and nursing homes.

To all you guys that answered thanks..

This wasn't an enquiry for me but for someone looking to add to a growing round in most areas above, which is why I wanted to no if it was anyone's one here as if described could still be a half half decent add on round if worked the right way, but wouldn't mind picking te venders brains over a few things..

Considering the prices asks for on some of the rounds on "rounds or sale" this in my eyes is pretty cheap no???
