Cut two/tree round holes in the bulkhead and insert 2/3 mini gutter down pipes And fasten to the overhead strut to carry your poles as even the low roof has a lot of headroom .I am over 6 foot and 17 stone and still plenty of head room.i have the holes in the middle of the cab roof and can still carry a passenger easy.Your t230 mostly have the higher roof, I avoided the t230 as taking the ladders of this model is a bit of a problem with roof bars with out scratching the paintwork.I also found the t230sold for much more than the other models, but they do have 6inches more length in the back.
I do like a my the fitted bulkhead as it does offer a measure of security and some protection if I did have to slam on brakes as nothing will come flying past me. I used the in floor securing loops and have found them to be strong. The second day I had the van someone dove in front of me from a side street and the tank did not move.
