Just wondering could someone answer, I have a cleaner that works part time, she earns say £50 a week with me, £50 a week with another comapany, because she has gone over her limit,.... which comapny sorts out her N.I.? or is it something she sorts out herself?

It would normally be the company she started to work for last. i.e. the company that she filled in a P46 for saying that it was her second job (by not ticking any boxes)

You need to put this person a BR Wk/Mnth 1 code and send the P46 off. The IR will send back a code (eventually) which will put the contributions right.
I have just had to pay over £600 to one employee in a rebate and most of it was from another job he was on a BR code with he left them but stayed with us (he was also on BR with us), it's a pain because I have to wait two months before I can claim it back!
