whats the average price per clean for a 3 bed semi in south wales? i currently charge £8 and looking to increase price to £10 in april.Dont want to loose to many accounts due to price increase.Do you think the majority of clients will accept the price increase?This will be the first price increase since i started trading in June 2011.All feedback really appreciated .

Id say you should have been charging £10 to start with will be a struggle to up them by % 25 in 1 go .
Id be inclined to bump by a quid and a quid next year .

There's South Wales "up in the valley's" and "the cruddiest parts of Port Talbot and Newport (where Squeaky lives)" there's South Wales "nice parts of Cardiff and Chepstow".

£8 monthly ex council up in the valleys etc; £15 every other month private thirties with bay windows down in the nice parts of Cardiff.

Take about £100 worth of work that is close to each other and try there first. If it works try the rest of your round.

I thought we cleaned windows ,but now I find out we are cleaning beds as well.Why not  state the amount of windows  or do all 3 bedder have the same size windows and the same amount. I have many different sizes of 3 bed semi and different window configurations. Am I just different or is this right.

£1 increase this year it is then.Thought id be pushing it a bit going for 25% increase in one go.
