I had a demo on one £3.5k two years ago. They also did a demo on the R2D2 Still silly money. They are massive and way to big for domestic and light commercial work.

Having a petrol powered vac is definitely the way forward,... but not like that!!

A 13hp engine strapped to a small roots blower would be the ideal solution,.. much better suction/water lift so you could use normal size poles. It could also be made a lot smaller & lighter than that beast!

even the 6.5hp one (much smaller than the one in the photo) beats the performance of most electric vacs. Strap on some wheels & a smaller waste tank & its the perfect solution:
