No backlog for me Tosh  ;D

Smashed all the work for the month. Planned it as follows:-

Normally work

week 1 - 1st-7th of month (excluding weekends)
week 2 - 8th-14th of month (excluding weekends)
week 3 - 15th-21st month (excluding weekends)
week 4 - 22nd-28th month (excluding weekends)

28th-end of month, additional gutter and fascia cleans, one offs or the odd commercial.

This months work went as follows:-

week 1 - 1st-6th
week 2 - 7th-12th
week 3 - 13th-morning of the 18th
week 4 - afternoon of the 18th-21st

Not one customer moaned about being cleaned early, and if they did, i'd have wished them a merry xmas and see you in the new year.

Lots on here seem to over complicate things, or panic that they have to miss a weeks work due to holidays.

Bugger that! Just plan it right and it's easy.  ;D
