Best 35 quid ive ever spent  ;D

Tried and tested today, not to heavy at all  :D

On the down side, another spilt in my hose so am now down to about 70 meters  ;D

So, best place to buy robust microbore hose from?

Oh and another thing, the jets on my old brush must be blocked a little or summin, cos my new brush I have the flow turned further down thus saving more water  8)

God bless unger haha

I was in Cleaning Spot last week and the guy was showing me one as pictured,I thought the bristles were a bit soft altough the inner ones were stiffer as it was a double trim brush also the jets were odd as they are push in and twist ones so I settled for a red Vikan one with fan jets in the end and use it om my Elite 30 pole and really they're not that heavy but can see them being a nightmare on a 25+ fibreglass pole.

Is this the new Unger sill brush? Can't comment on that one. The old ones were ludicrously heavy.

I've only ever used a rectangular Vikan monofilament once, about 6 years a go, I didn't even finish the window with it. I don't care if they are good or not, they old ones were definitely not supposed to be used for window cleaning, way to heavy. From specs, the new ones still seem way to heavy. Worked for a while with an Ionics dual trim, but since the first Superlite brush came out about 5 years a go, I've had nothing but Gardiner brushes on my poles. They last for anything between 1,5 year to years, but even if they lasted a month I'd still use them.

Carbon gooseneck and Xtreme brush and you are flying.

In my experience although heavier, the flocked Vikan cill and rectangular brush clean better and faster than the equivalent Gardiner's brush. Did not get on at all with their red bristled mono brush though.
