« on: December 06, 2012, 06:29:54 pm »
3 bed with conny

not been done for about 4 years but didnt really look at it as got excited at getting a new customer   ;D

also forgot to add on an additional charge with it being a first clean as I got excited in getting a new customer  ;D

took me 3 hours !!!!

was just finishing when started thinking along lines of if the bloke says "cheers I will call you when they need doing again" I wont be happy and will ask for more money (little late I know)

anyways bloke comes out and says fantastic job and gave me an extra fiver and says see you in Janauary

think he will be a top customer

What I learnt is its only A regular when he proves it sometimes customers think a month is like. Year when we are back that's when the penny drops ! Hope he sticks only time will tell! If I get a cold call I make sure I double it on the first then offer a 2 monthly clean , u do loose some cos of the double but IMO those are the one offs cos say a £15 house charge £30 that ain't a lot for a good job if they hasn't been done in years
