if you do not want to go to the expense of hot water system or lpg heater in van get a plummer to fir you an out side hot water tap to fill your tank in the morning i have done works well just make sure you use most of your water the day before or the water will be cold

thats fine if your lucky enough to be di only. i invested in fogwash 2 years ago, not a huge investment considering the money we turnover

Or you could fit an immersion element in your tank. Mine's getting plugged in tonight
