data restore problem

when doing a data back up on george from one pc to another was fine now it wont do it any ideas

Im having the same promblem lately used to restore to my laptop. I kow you need to have the latest version of georg to do the restore  but when i try and upgrade on the laptop  can ony get version 2 for some reason.
