do any of you use the drying of carpets as a marketing tool with hwe . ie . we guarantee your carpets will be dry before we leave . does it help convert customers to use you instead of someone else as i get asked this question all the time
                          cheers

No. Depends on what type of carpet you've just cleaned. PP, no problem. Top end thick wool carpet, not a chance it'll be dry before you leave. Best not to promise what can't be delivered.

but if you state this then it can be used as a marketing tool. Most people havn't a clue about drying times, unless days, or techniques. Telling some people u use a truckmount sails over there heads.
