 ....... on the best 8mm hose to go on my hose reel please.

I was looking at Pure Freedom's but if anyone knows of a good reason to buy something else, or just to avoid this one please let me know.

I've got PFs 8mm and it's OK. Very durable, doesn't kink too much and works fine. Having said that I started using aquadaptor pole hose as my main hose (I added 50m to the end of 50m of PFs hose) and I prefer it. It's much lighter, especially when you are pulling out 50m, still durable, kinks a bit more but works well for me. No issues with the PF stuff though.

They could all be using 6mm

I've been using Gardiners 8mm for about 18 months with no issues.

I feel quite elite now! lol!. It is good stuff but everyone works to their own way of working (did that make sense?). I am about to order a shed load of stuff from PF but I prefer the smaller hose, (just me). Never had a problem with their hose though, just the weight. But that's how i like to work.

I stick with 6mm as i lift the reel in and out of the van and so its lighter,also easier to reel in.
