I'm glad you have highlighted the conversion aspect though. It's all well and good showing in the results but if the site does not convert it's a waste of time. Customer engagement is the new SEO.
I've got the opposite problem at the moment. I've got a client who is so busy, he is not replying quick enough to calls and emails. The site has had 300 hours + of work and it really annoys me when people get ped off and do not get a response until they send a second or third email.
