if i was starting a fresh i would go 6 weekly...........and nothing else

yea same here i picked 8 weekly which aint bad but its just that little bit too far to establish 6 weeks is perfect

most of my regular work is roughly calendar monthly/2 monthly.it allows for greater flexibility esp in winter with bad weather when i can be a few days or a week or so behind sometimes.

i do have some stand alone work that is 3 monthly and the odd 6 monthly but these are very few.

i find most customers are happy with a monthly service and as for windows still being clean im finding that they are not in the vast majority of cases!due to buildings being near trees,main roads etc.

 4 and 8 for me, i wouldnt get away with charging anymore moving to 6/12 weekly plus id have to near double workload to earn roughly the same.

I am trying to figure out the best frequency to set.

If I get 100 new customers over the next few weeks.

How may would you expect to be 6 weekers and how many 12 weekers?

Me to, i offer every 5 or 6 weeks when i get new ones, im usually 6 but if im up to date you can get away with a 5 weekly clean...very rarely am i up to date tho lol

Dazmond - how does monthly work ?  if you clean on the 10th in say May do you clean on the 10th in June even if
its a Sat/Sunday - how do you plan out monthly work ?

darran monthly work is just that!just once that month!whether it be 4 weeks or 5 weeks depending on how many days that month!

I try to get round monthly roughly same date every month as long as not the weekend.

The thing about 4 weekly is you can show up twice at a customers house in one month.

e.g say you went on 2nd november this month you'd be back again 30th november on 4 weekly cycle.

That's why I say monthly (once a month no more)
