Has any one been asked for a training record for employee's
when taking on a commercial contract?
Or does any one keep a training record for employee's?

competency checker is an online site where you can enter your training to date and it can be viewed, quite a good idea for commercials.

My Brother in-law got pulled when cleaning a commercial property by the health and safety, and they asked for his training record.  ;D

Yes, we get asked a lot, and the reason is the days of just being on the tool is not enough, as a company take on a window cleaning company, the have to by law check that you are competant and have a traing policy and records, otherwise if a incident takes place, they could be sued for corporate manslaughter
