Good for you m8, the slx is an excellent pole, you won't be disappointed. Just think, all you need are another 8-10 customers and they'll pay for your Xtreme.  :D;D

I have used the SLX daily since it was first released, that must be 5 years now?

I also have the Xtreme 47 with extensions for higher work.

When I replaced my first SLX after 4 years (as a precaution, it was still working fine) I seriously considered the Xtreme 25 & part of me wishes I had. However, I'll not pretend here, I do not look after my poles, they are a work tool & that's that for me. My SLX gets dog's abuse on a daily basis- bent through Juliet style balconies, rubbed along the edge of felted flat roofs, pulled about, used to close windows, thrown in anger ;D etc etc. All that & it still performs without complaint day in, day out! I like having that freedom without the guilt of cost & may feel a little restricted had I paid double for my daily pole! These are just my personal thoughts & I may well go for the Xtreme 25 next time round. Nevertheless, having used carbon facelifts prior to this, the SLX is most probably the best daily use pole out there. ;)
