need help with pricing

hi need help pricing this job to be done every 6weeks 3storey bottoms 40windows- middles 80windows- tops 90windows all replies mostly appreciated thanks john

If we were pricing this job it would come to £393.75 every 6 weeks plus vat (if applicable)

If it was me i would work out how long it would take, then how much i would want a hour.say 8hrs x £20 per hr =£160.00 this is only a idea and example

I would work it out on an hourly rate and the time you think it would take you.

As you have already seen the job you must have an idea of the time it will take.

Or have a mimimum price of £250

If it's outside only, easy access and can be done in one day, I'd be more than happy to charge:

75p for ground floor.

£1 for first floor.

£1.50 for second floor.

It works out at £245.

All depends if they're single pane windows or not. If they have side or top openers on them then at least £1 per window.

If it's a straight forward, easy access job that could be done in 2 days on your own then around £250-275

I agree, just work a price out on how long you think it may take and then stick a bit on for hold-ups. £30.00 per hour is a fair rate for trades.
