Hi Guys

Can anyone give me a bit of advice on this one please, its a community centre and has some large windows.

Large windows (4 foot wide and say 10 foot high) there are 10 of these plus 2 other largish windows (total 12)

medium windows (typical medium size house windows) (total 4)

small windows (total 8)

Total windows (24 various sizes as shown above - some will need a ladder to reach)

plus 4 upvc doors

Any idea on price guys - i am trad at present

Thanks in advance

Steve

Cant really say without seeing it or even being there, there are so many variables. Go with what you would be happy doing it for, simples.

cheers Tosh,

I was thinking more like £45.00 every 2 months as 9 of the windows are huge and i will need a ladder to get to them, i was also going to offer to wash down the pvc for an extra £20.00 (first clean).
Does that sound expensive? i envisage that the first clean will take about 5 hours (doing all the pvc as well as the windows) and after that it would take probably around 3 hours (at least - possibly longer) as again up and down ladders. There are over 30 windows and doors.

Any feed back fellas

Thanks

Steve

from the description I can't see it taking longer than an hour trad on a ladder not including pvc I wouldn't even mention that trad

hi fellas
You are probably quicker than me, as i cant see me doing 30 windows in an hour and a half...

Maybe with a wfp some guys could do this in that time, but trad (up and down ladders) would defo take me longer, especially the first one which as you guys say will take longer.

Im still thinking of around £45.00 and a bit more for first clean which will include cleaning down all the pvc..

Thanks chaps for your input  :)
