Prices on leaflets - pro's / con's

Ok, planning for next years on slaught and considering prices on leaflets and paper adverts

Anyone do this ? any suggestions for pro's & con's ?
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

I dont...

think the pros are - people who call are happy with the price and therefore geniune for the service

cons - opposite to the above -

i would want to survey every job, gauge the customer , see the things like access hard to reach windows h&s issues and all that.. then price accordingly from there..

also having put a price a your leaflet you may always have that thought "i cud have had a bit more for this job", 

could alwyas state they are guide prices then if there are any issues you can justify the the inreased cost..

I think if you can offer 4 standard prices ie. £20 £40 £60 £80+ then its worth doing.
It would have to be a good enough price to cover those 4 standard prices.

pro's potential customer make a decision and phones and says yes, no flaffing about with quotes

con's upset their window cleaner if you are cheaper

I am going to do it as well ;)
