i wouldnt be surprised if diesel has been going into the burner without sparking, this will of amounted up then the ingniting spark has started working again, this could cause the fire to shoot out

Oldam? No, I am in Sale although my grandparents were from oldham so maybe theres something in the genes  :)

Poor love ! Sat watching telly, the blokes from the classical car place put the bloke running up and down the road out. Someone from the medical services should have removed the shrapnel from her face before she was interviewed  ::)roll

As a fellow Northerner, you know Sale is a "good walk" from Walkden, however as the forum covers the Southern shandy drinkers, the wild Scots and even the Welsh, I described the locality loosely. It is round the corner, a few miles up the road.  :)
