« on: October 09, 2012, 01:35:35 pm »
The community support team from the police are taking orders to get placed in their magazine again.
Same team of scousers, same deal (pay your money, get f all in return)
They have been in touch twice in the last fortnight.
This scam has been going years now, how come they havent been caught yet??

I fell for it but didn't give my payment details , realised it was a scam and emailed to cancel .
They are still trying to chase me for the money , told them to bring it on ! Lol

I had a voice message from a company offering me exclusive advertising space in a school and college suppliers magazine - I would never waste my money on anything like that.

I was contacted by them years ago when I was decorating
The guy made it sound great so I asked them to put some art work together for me to look at before I agreed
They posted me art work with wrong business name and wrong contact number on it
This made me a tad suspect so I rang him to say I wasn't going to bother with it. He replied that the books had already been printed and that I would have to pay
I said no chance, few days later I had letter threatening legal action if not paid with 30 days . That was the last I heard from them until the. Following year when they tried it on again which annoyed me soo much that I asked him to send me the advert art work again just to waste his time
Strangely not heard from them since 😜
Thanks,

I had this end of August but he said he was from a debt collector.

So I asked to speak to the boss of the firm in which he ask why do you want to speak to him and he hanging up then the company the debt collector was so to be working for phoned up and I phoned a mate who is a sheriff bailift and told me what to say to the company as the company was in big do do and there was a investigation on the company and then it went all silent the guy hung up.

So I phoned them back up and told them that you are scammers and that the sheriff bailift has found out who you are and where your base in Manchester and also went to police on this matter have not heard anything as I never agree to anyone on any advertisement in anything as they think we are pushovers and cough up.
