Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: The
Tenderer will be requested to submit Cleaning Services rates for carrying
out cleaning tasks to properties within the Wrekin Housing Trust’s
management area. There is a combination of premises including Shops,
Offices, HQ Buildings; Supported Housing and General Needs flatted
accommodation both High and Low rise, including voids.

The Tenderer will be requested to submit Cleaning Services rates for
carrying out cleaning tasks to properties within the Wrekin Housing
Trust’s management area. There is a combination of premises including
Shops, Offices, HQ Buildings; Supported Housing and General Needs flatted
accommodation both High and Low rise including Voids.The tender will be
priced on the basis of a Schedule of Rates covering all aspects of
cleaning. This may be split into sections (IE Supported Housing, Window
Cleaning and Void and General Cleaning over all management areas).
The Trust aims to develop relationships with a range of quality suppliers
in the field of Communal Cleaning Services. This will be done via open
dialog helping to develop a standard specification that will help us
deliver these ideals to our customers and with whom, through these
partnerships, will enable us to remain committed to our aims. It is vital
to the Trust that the suppliers we select can demonstrate they have
relevant experience and understanding of the sector we operate in and will
aspire to deliver our needs.
This may mean that we appoint more than one contractor to work with us and
help to develop our Cleaning strategy whilst moving forward and providing
best value to our customers.
