So £25 to recover anything under £300, im looking to recover small debts thats mounted up over the past years i am guessing that £25 is riten off so kiss goodbye to all the £15 £10 debts?

not really.... Because when you win they have to pay your costs, which includes the fee to start with.... Interest at 8% from when the debt was due... travel expenses at 40p per mile..... and a days missed wages..

If you inform the debter of all these costs in the letter before action that you MUST send them giving them 7 days to pay.... (preferably including your bank details to make it easy for them)..... Usually they pay up....

ok thanks i didnt know, guess ill look for a template or if anyone has one let me know.

ive got about £2000.00 worth of small debts thats mounted up over the years would love to see the customers face when they get that letter.

,however, i do want to follow the letter up so who can confirm that they have after customer ignored letter taken a claim against them? won and had costs paid too? ;D

oh and for an amount like £10 or so anything under £30
