It definitely does not begin with M.

M for all it's magic wouldn't touch plaster, etc or remove labels that are designed not to come off.

As for what chemicals - unlike some on this forum, some secrets are mine gained through experience and trial and error, but a good look through a builders merchants chemicals is all that's needed.
