This round takes about £500 (slightly more) per 4 wks it is all domestic (well, two shops) and I do it traditionally.

Centred in Beeston, Nottingham but some blocks are in the local surrounding area.
The jobs are priced about right and average around £10. Varies from small terraces to large detached properties.
Currently set up with many short days and days off fairly evenly throughout the 4 week rota. These could probably be compressed into about a week.
My system means that there are currently no call back collections required.
I am happy to start anyone new off with technical advice and take them round some houses, show them my system etc. I have also got a fairly good understanding of how to grow this round without door to door canvassing.
Reason for sale: Annoyingly, just as I had it all set up nicely, I have developed tennis elbow and despite resting it and treating it, the only real cure is to not clean windows.
