You seriously need to look at your pricing. 4 years ago we had a minimum charge of £10 and last year we put it at £15. This is for regular jobs, one off jobs start at £25. If you don't charge enough you will be racing around trying to make a living. If its an area that will only pay a fiver leave it and find an area that will take a decent charge. Vans and wfp equipment cost money to maintain. As for the customer she didnt like wfp and that's it, you get a few. Don't worry about it move on and definitely don't go back.

Regardless of the pricing - if she won't let you go back & look at the job & re-clean where necessary, then she's a messer plain & simple & the job was most likely perfect, she just doesn't want to pay.

Forget it, move on,.. get a bigger DI!

Leaving aside pricing and di issues, check that the frames haven't oxidised. This can cause what she describes. An extra rinse will sort it out.
