employing abseilers

hello all, i have won some big contracts and i am thinking about doing this type of cleaning
where do you start?
i have found abseilers who are up for it.
do you employ them direct or sub contract?
where is the best place for insurance

Unless you have enough work to keep them busy full time, I would sub it out.
Darwin & Clayton do decent cover

No i couldnt keep them full time on abseil but easily on commercial pole work but would cards in pole work and then sub him on abseil
