SOLD: Round for sale Manchester New
« on: August 08, 2012, 11:00:35 pm »
Small, compact round for sale, consisting of 16 terreced houses priced at £3.50 each. The round makes £55 each clean and is done every 2weeks (£110 per month). There is no front gardens on this round and no bay windows, traditional terraced work which takes one man just over 1hour to clean.

Only selling due too much work. Not interested in renting of and no offers as I feel the work is priced correctly. Im looking for £500 for this work

Will knock every door on round to do a hand over

£3.50 per house? Have we time-warped back to 1980?

I think £3.50 per terraced house isn't a bad price, I know people are getting £4-£5 per terraced but you can still make good money with these prices. Also 1980 you was lucky to get £2 per terraced back then pal

Ok friend I'll follow that up - you say you do these 16 terraces in just over an hour so let's say that equates to 4 minutes per house equalling 64 minutes. Are you really suggesting that each house takes you 4 minutes or are you going to qualify that with a "fronts only" or "not including the door" or "not counting walking between them" or somesuch?

i was interested as its on my doorstep but the one hour sentence just seemed to much of an exaggeration for it to warrant anymore consideration , if it had been believable who knows i might of had a look,,,
Why would anyone sell £55 an hour fortnightly work :)

Round is now sold and yes this round only took 1 hour to clean, just standard terraced houses one up one down no windows over doors either and half these house didn't have bath room windows and this work was all based in a triangle where all the backs faced each other! Piece of cake
