After having a slot on Window Washers website advertising our services for the last thirteen thousand four hundred and fifty-seven years I got my first enquiry today  ;D

A conservatory roof clean.

I dont hold out much hope for it though she was a Geordie. They tight-fisted moneywise I believe.
