for Council Buildings throughout the city of Derby.
The scope of the cleaning requirements will be listed in the
specifications. The service includes:
— Internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated
materials, equipment and labour,
— Internal and external window cleaning including the provision of all
associated materials, equipment and labour,
— The cost of all consumables must be included in the pricing (e.g. toilet
paper, soap).
The contract will be in the form of 5 lots which are based upon the nature
and the location of the work.
— Lot 1; libraries, children’s and adult day centres,
— Lot 2; residential homes for older people,
— Lot 3; The Council House,
— Lot 4; other Council offices and buildings,
