The work is cleaned every 4 weeks, it consists of 50 properties, all private houses and bungalows, there are 34 properties on 1 road and 16 on cul de sacs off that road. The prices range from £6.50 - £10.00.
This is very good work with nice customers, there is approximately £400 every 4 weeks, cleaned 4 weekly.
There are extras to earned on this round e.g gutters, fascias, conservatory roofs etc.
A mate of mine cleaned this traditionally for 20 years, I've cleaned it wfp for last 2 years, customers not bothered if done trad or pole as long as they're done regularly.
Only reason for selling is I've picked up some big commercial jobs.
No renting, no pay as you clean!
