I assume as it is Limestone it is a honed and not a polished finish!
If this is the case and it is not too big you can do it quite easily with some Aqua Seal Hone 320 powder and some High Alkaline Cleaner if it is really bad.

Pre wet the limestone then sprinkle a little honing powder on. Work it in with a soft to medium brush on your rotary. Then flood the floor vac up and then rinse and vac again.  When dry apply a water based penetrating sealer, allow 24 hours to cure then apply a second coat of sealer.

You can try just a high Alkaline but honing powder works better. Essentially it is like a liquid sandpaper and works by honing a few microns off the surface, a little like peeling a layer of skin off.  By combining it with a soft to medium brush you also clean the grout at the same time.  It is available through us by ringing the office on 0121 705 5333 or just click the Allforstone link above. Alternatively it is sold through Amazon or E bay.
