Where Is The Best Place To Buy TDi Meter?

Hi,
 As above. I want to buy a meter to test water. I looked on ebay but they are all prices. Are they all the same? Im starting up shortly and need to test the water to see what system I need.

Buy one from daqua. Some of them a fake copies on eBay.

How often would you need to get a meter calibrated?
My batts are near to being needed to be changed,and was wondering if it needs recalibrating if they are changed.
Or just buy a new one!!
