I think the 2 grand mark isnt far off its true value, what you gotta remember is that many w cleaners are looking to expand.  This time of year it gets more difficult to require rounds as every1 wants to make gd with the hot weather.  To cut it short its a sellers market in summer.  ( only my opinion lads ).
