Have you changed your carbon block filter within the last 6 months? This has always solved my slowness issues.

water pressure may have been turned down in your area.

Or as said above change your prefilters as these can low the production up big time.

Tried changing the carbon block filter but still no joy
Only had merlin for around 4 months so surely shouldn't be knackered just yet should it?
Don't know what else to try?
Any ideas?

You running a booster pump on it this will increase water rate, I think mine runs at around 1 litre a minute without a booster, is it running less than that??

No haven't got a booster pump,
It's just trickling out very slowlwy, taking an hour just to make a litre,
Used to make 25litres in about 5mins.
Only had it few months so don't know whats wrong with it

And what pressure reading is it off the gauge then?? Sounds like something wrong internal, I don't no a great deal as I've not had mine that long either really but mine takes 20 mins to do 25 litres I really a booster tbh..
You had it apart?

Took it apart this morning and blasted it with hose pipe and cleaned carbon block out, Put it back together and bingo it's working again.
It must of had bits of grit in it stopping the water flow.
All working now so happy chappy, Time to put feet up and have few beers whilst the misses cooks the sunday dinner ;D ;D

Glad you got it sorted. Just thinking it could also have been an air lock. I have recently found it best to make sure the highest point is the pure water hose end.
