« on: April 14, 2012, 11:31:18 pm »
Hi, deciding on a Business name tonight,  are their any Legal issues I need to consider? When choosing! Do I need to register it ? ( Sole Trader)

Cheers

A few lines that might help.
Try to chose a name that tells people what you do.
Something distinctive and easy to remember is best.
Check out your area and avoid using a name that's already in use.
As a sole trader, I don't think you need to register your name.
Good luck.

My business name on my van is 'window cleaner'.

Seem to work well enough.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.
