Hi Len I always use risk assesment forms, prety much use the same one again and again unless the premesis is radicaly different

Cleaning Co     I might scrap all my paper work and just have a slip with that writen on, Hell in the end thats all that matters 

To all those that would like my Risk assesment form I will post it as soon as ive figured out how to convert it from .wps to .pdf or .jpg (any ideas  )
