It`s a bit far out for me Shaun, 20 miles and I would prefer to survey first especially if it was a referral from your good self. However it`s a nice drive and if it was a half decent job it could be doable. If you send me details I could certainly give the lady a call.

The customer I do work for is a lovely lady not price conscious I've never met the sister but she wanted me to go and clean it and use the cottage/house as a holiday but I'm holiday booked up this year, she does want your number as she can call you, can I send her your number?
