« on: April 02, 2012, 09:27:52 pm »
Hi guys

How much fuel does your pressure washer use?

I recently bought new Honda 13hp, 15L with gear box and interpump.
Solid 6 hours cleaning today and I used close to 15L of petrol
Is that ok?

cheers

price sounds about right  :( as Lee has said diesel cheaper if you can get hold of red! Around here at present cant get hold of any - costing a fortune to run hotbox.
I was intending to swap one machine from petrol to diesel now not to sure ...

Same as lee, all day running about 7 litres. Was getting red diesel off the pump up here at 83p per litre. Went to pick some up yesterday and was told they now don't sell it off the pump, only in pre filled 25l drums for £31.50 which works out at £1.23 per litre!!
