Never done one yet. Now an enquiries has come in to clean one. Before I look at this I thought I'd see other opinions on the risk of damage.
I think it's catch up time for these to be cleaned since they're becoming more popular options and only really taking of in the past year.

Whirlaway mate, if it's the resin bonded then your floater will be better, normal whirlaway is ok for resin bound, and for the resin bound you can use any chemical you like as theyre 100% resistant to chemical, even petrol,oil,diesel, terps, xylene.....
not sure about the resin bonded though as the aggregates are exposed so some may contain limestone which may or may not react with chemicals.... resin bound your are ok to use anything on as each aggregate is covered in resin

I put some TFR in the wheely bin to pre wet and then use the FSC with the revs knocked back a bit - I don't tend to do any washing down after as any loose stone goes everywhere. I swerve hot tarmac bound stone drives though

mosmatic low revs as above - did a few last yr no chem required even sold top up seal to help bind drive - top dollar

Done a few of these now, FSC, bit of hypo if algae is a problem, even removed fire damage on one, photos are on my website £25K of swimming pool surround that had been down for less then a month. Tip is treat like tarmac, less pressure more water.
