water marks

can any one help how can i get ride of water marks after clean up after a flood i have problems with water marks ,so what can  i use to get rid of

What procedure have you used??

How long has carpet been lifted before been relaid??

To what retention of moisture was the floor dried before relaying, what type of floor??
